Keep regional weather estimates separate from local exposure and engineering loads.
Product context
DownGust and PoleVolt retain distinct roles within the estate's weather and power work. Atmospheric conditions and terrain provide context for energy concepts, while electrical infrastructure and grid data describe different constraints. These public references connect the existing product surface to the agencies' source material without changing its native models or claiming a validated generation result.
Using these references
NASA POWER offers gridded meteorological context, while HRRR provides frequently updated numerical weather predictions over its supported region. Terrain data can describe broad topographic setting but may not resolve buildings, vegetation or the local flow around a device. Preserve height, units, time zone, model cycle and spatial resolution when comparing wind values. Forecasts and historical summaries answer different questions; neither should be presented as a measured production curve for PoleVolt or a demonstrated DownGust result.
Evidence boundaries
Regional wind or electricity data does not establish site-specific output, structural safety, grid interconnection approval or financial return. Keep forecast uncertainty and measurement scale visible when interpreting an energy concept.
